Transmission gears of the whole machine paper feeding unit, the printing unit and the slotting unit are assembled free of keys (no running out, no side play), which ensures high-speed & smooth drive as well as chromatography precision, for the finishing grinding after high frequency quenching for tooth surface and lubrication system, the automatic spraying lubrication is carried out.

1Paper feeding unit

Vacuum adsorption-assisted back-push feed paper system, the front edge feed system can also be chosen.

The alarm is used for on-off of motor group, which will be continuous ringing for alarm when the motor group is running, so the safety of operating staff is ensured.

The paper-pushing board is made of aluminum alloy materials, so it has the character of lightweight and resistant of grinding; backboard pneumatic paper supporting device is also adopted.

The electric drive adjustment for side board, for the clearance of front board three-layer and five-layer corrugated paper, manually separated adjustment can be made.

The dust and scraps removal devices are installed, so the impurity on the printing surface of paper board can be removed to improve the printing quality

2. Printing Unit

Printing roller is made of heavy plate steels, its surface are grinded with hard chromium plating, and the fast plate-hanging devices make it more efficient to stick plate.

Foot switch is used to realize the electric control on positive and reverse rotation of printing roller so as to facilitate the loading and unloading of printing plate.

The clearance dial of feeding paper roller and embossing roller shows manual adjustment.

Pneumatic brake device is installed between the machine units, when the machine units are separated, the circumferential direction movement will be locked by brake units so as to maintain the fixed points of gears.

The anilox roller of printing unit will coordinate lifting of paper feeding system, to protect printing plate and reduce the waste of paper board.

The horizontal manual adjustment distance of printing roller is ±10 mm

3. Slotting unit

Electric drive linkage adjustment, slotting and line pressing can be completed once. 

Manual adjustment for the clearance of line pressing roll and the dial shows the adjusted data.

With resin wrapped in upper pressing roll, pressed line is beautiful and difficult to squall.

The slotting knife thickness is 7 mm and is made of alloy steel materials, and with its hackle blade, the quality of slot and service life is ensured.
