Vacuum Single Facer I
Characteristics:
1.Applied to mid and high speed production line.
2.Outer Vacuum Structure.
3.Adjust glue thickness by electromotion and display digitally. Auto-cycle glue feeding system.
4.Lubrication by recycled oil or high temperature grease.
5.Adjust the feeding width of glue by electro motion.
6. The heat source is steam or LPG gas.
7.The corrugating roll is made of special alloy steel, quenched, heattreatment. Its hardness can reach above SH75.
8.Main shafts are well lubricated by high-temperature lubricating grease. Kecycled oil lubrication is optional.
9.Might be equipped sprayer, adjustable base paper humidity.
