Carton machine

This gluer  machine is the last equipment of the cartons’ shaping. It adopts multi-gluing rollers to press and glue in same speed to make the carton’s gluing balanced, firm and level. Using the materials that match the Natural Standards to weld, the wallboard of the rubber roller adopts high strength cast iron, and it is totally enclosed type which is clean and no noise. It suitable for 3 floors or 5 floors different sizes corrugated papers to glue. (If you want to glue 7 floors, we can do a special one for you). This machine is high efficiency, and the carton it produces are nice and in square shape. The best is that costing not much binder. The cost is 10 times less than yarn stapler. The advantages are gluing firmly, easy and convenient to operate, saving workers and electricity, working steadily. It is the ideal equipment for the advanced exported cartons’ gluing. (Attention: the gluing roller adopts wear-resisting alloy materials, the binder box adopts nylon and wear resistant materials, both of them are vulnerable components, so the operating workers have to use clean water to wash it cleanly to longer the service life.
