DW Single Facer

Electrical shaftless mill roll stand, which is used in corrugated cardboard production line,its fuction is supporting the paper mill roll.

      Maximum diameter:φ1500mm
     Range of width: 1400mm-1800mm
     Motorized lifting and lowering,clamping and releasing,right-left adjustment of the reel paper.
     Pnuematic or mannual control of web tension.
     Taper center, stretch center is optional.

The Mill Roll Stands offered by us are appreciated for their features such as corrosion resistance, automatic operations and easy to use. We basically offer two types of Mill Roll Stands namely Shaftess Hydraulic Mill Roll Stand (RL 100) and Twin Shaft Hydraulic Mill Roll Stand (RL 50) and Hydraulic Mill Roll Stands. These are widely used for the supply of papers for the production purpose. We also customize these as per the requirements of our clients.
